- Personal hygiene & grooming: Showering, grooming, oral hygiene, skincare, shaving
- Dressing & adaptive support: Assistance with selecting clothes, dressing, use of adaptive aids
- Nutrition & meal support: Meal preparation, feeding assistance, nutritional guidance
- Medication and health routines: Reminders, safe handling and storage of medicines, liaising with health provider.
- Mobility & transfers: Safe guidance for transfers, use of mobility aids, walking support
